Chaser’s Kombuchas are made by fermenting the kombucha culture aka SCOBY (symbiotic culture of yeast and bacteria) in a sweet, caffeinated organic tea. The SCOBY metabolizes both the caffeine and raw vegan cane sugar in the tea, and after fermenting for up to 30 days produces a raw Kombucha. Our Kombuchas are double fermented, spending time again in the bottle fermenting for an extra 2 days, to create that effervescent effect.
